Sources & Data Downloads

Every statistical dimension in MYRIAD names its source and can be downloaded as CSV from its own data page. MYRIAD compiles source observations into a common country-by-decade format so readers can compare places and eras; the original publishers remain authoritative and retain their own licenses and definitions.

How MYRIAD transforms the data

Annual observations are averaged into decade values for consistent comparison. Points drawn from direct modern observations are marked with higher confidence. Earlier values may use regional historical anchors adjusted to the country's observed modern level, and future decades use stated trend rules; estimates and projections are labeled in tables. The methodology page explains the Lottery Score, confidence levels and the limits of cohort averages.

Downloads, citation and corrections

Open a dimension page such as Life Expectancy by Country and use its CSV download link for the compiled series. A suitable attribution is “Data compiled by MYRIAD from the named primary source,” linked to the page used. Before republishing, review the primary source's license and definitions. If a MYRIAD value differs from the current source, send the exact URL and supporting source link to the addresses on our contact page.
